Last Updated: November 19, 2025
Thank you for choosing Mornery Luxury Glamping and Nano Vacation Home.
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, and booking modifications may be accepted. Policies may vary based on the rate plan, promotional offers, and booking channel.
1. General Policy
By making a reservation, guests agree to the cancellation and refund terms displayed at the time of booking. These terms apply to all stays unless otherwise stated.
-
Refund eligibility depends on the selected room rate or promotion.
-
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
-
Transaction fees or currency exchange fees (if any) are non-refundable.
-
Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear depending on bank processing times.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings

-
Change of travel plans
-
Illness or personal emergencies

If your reservation is under a flexible or semi-flexible rate, the following may apply:
-
Cancellations made within the permitted cancellation window are eligible for a full or partial refund (depending on the policy shown during booking).
-
Cancellations made after the allowed period will result in the entire booking amount being charged.
-
Modifications such as date changes may be permitted based on availability and may result in rate differences.
Please refer to the exact policy details displayed on your booking confirmation.

Changes to reservation dates are subject to:
-
Availability of the selected room type

If the new dates result in a higher rate, guests are responsible for the price difference.

5. Early Departure
Guests who choose to check out before the end of their reservation will not receive a refund for unused nights.
This applies to all rate types, including flexible bookings.
