By making a reservation, staying at our properties, or using our website, you (“guest”, “visitor”, “user”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using our services.

1. Reservations & Payments

  • A confirmed reservation requires valid payment through our booking system or approved payment channels.

  • Prices may vary depending on season, availability, promotions, and booking channels.

  • Full or partial payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on rate type.

  • Guests must provide accurate personal information at the time of booking.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • All foreign guests must provide passport copies for TM30 immigration reporting, as required by Thai law.

Guests will be charged for any loss, intentional damage, or violations of property rules.

4. Nature & Environmental Conditions

Mornery is located in a forest and riverside environment. Guests acknowledge and accept that:

 

  • Natural elements (insects, wildlife, weather changes, uneven ground) are part of the experience.

  • Certain areas may be slippery, uneven, or limited in accessibility.

  • Weather conditions may occasionally affect certain facilities or activities.

  • We may temporarily close areas for safety or maintenance without prior notice.

 

 

We prioritize guest safety but cannot be held responsible for injuries resulting from ignoring safety guidelines or natural environmental factors.

5. Prohibited Activities

 

 

For the safety of all guests and the preservation of nature, the following are strictly prohibited:

 

  • Smoking inside tents, villas, or indoor areas

  • Campfires or open flames not approved by staff

  • Littering or harming wildlife

  • Excessive noise, parties, or disturbances

  • Unauthorized drones

  • Illegal substances or activities

  • Bringing pets without prior approval

 

 

Any violation may result in removal from the property without refund.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the selected rate and booking channel.

 

  • Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Flexible bookings may allow changes within the permitted period.

  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

7. Liability & Safety

While we take all reasonable measures to provide a safe stay, guests agree that:

 

  • We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during your stay, unless caused by negligence.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • Participation in any activities (ATV, hiking, river areas, zipline activities nearby) is at your own risk.

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions and property guidelines.

8. Property Rules

To ensure the comfort of all guests:

 

  • Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.

  • Additional guests must be declared in advance and may incur extra charges.

  • No commercial photography or filming without permission.

  • Cooking inside tents or villas is not allowed unless a specific unit includes a private kitchen.

 

 

Failure to follow rules may result in additional charges or termination of the stay.
